Crispy salmon bites tossed in a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. Served over rice with fresh veggies for the ultimate flavor-packed bowl.
1 lb salmon fillets, cut into cubes
2 tbsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper
1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Bang Bang Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar
For the Bowls:
2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced cucumber
½ cup shredded red cabbage
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp green onions or cilantro
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Toss salmon cubes in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet and sear salmon 2–3 mins per side until crisp.
Mix bang bang sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Toss salmon in sauce or drizzle on top.
Build bowls with rice, veggies, and salmon.
Garnish and serve.
