4–6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Optional: lemon wedges, fresh herbs
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Pat chicken dry and rub with seasoning.
Heat oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken skin-side down 6–7 min until golden.
Flip and transfer to oven. Bake 15–20 min until 165°F internal temp.
Rest 5 min. Serve with lemon and herbs if desired.
