Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth
½ cup Greek yogurt
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg, beaten (optional for topping)
Optional toppings: everything seasoning, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add cottage cheese and yogurt; stir to form dough.

  • Knead lightly until smooth.

  • Divide, shape into flat rounds with center holes.

  • Brush with egg and add toppings if desired.

  • Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.

Notes

Adjust flour as needed for sticky dough. Best toasted before serving.
