1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth
½ cup Greek yogurt
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg, beaten (optional for topping)
Optional toppings: everything seasoning, sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add cottage cheese and yogurt; stir to form dough.
Knead lightly until smooth.
Divide, shape into flat rounds with center holes.
Brush with egg and add toppings if desired.
Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.
Adjust flour as needed for sticky dough. Best toasted before serving.
