Crispy chicken tenders, melty mozzarella, and flavorful extras all wrapped in a golden tortilla — this air fryer chicken wrap is crunchy, cheesy, and irresistibly easy.
For Chicken:
1 lb chicken tenders or thin cutlets
½ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Olive oil spray
For Each Wrap:
1 large tortilla
2 cooked chicken tenders
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)
Sauce (ranch, mayo, mustard, etc.)
Dredge chicken: flour → egg → seasoned breadcrumbs.
Air fry at 390°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Lay tortilla flat. Add cheese, chicken, and toppings. Wrap tightly.
Air fry assembled wrap at 375°F for 4–6 minutes until golden.
Slice and serve.
Add spice or swap cheeses to customize. Great for lunches or make-ahead dinners. Can be baked instead of air-fried.
