Crispy air-fried chicken wrapped with melty mozzarella, fresh veggies, and a golden tortilla — a quick, cheesy, satisfying meal you can make in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips (or 6 frozen tenders)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or 4 slices

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise, ranch, or aioli

  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

 

  • Bread chicken strips: flour → egg → breadcrumb mixture.

  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

  • Assemble wraps with sauce, veggies, chicken, and cheese. Roll tightly.

  • Spray outside with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.

Notes

Sub grilled chicken for a lighter version. Add hot sauce or bacon for extra flavor.
