2 chicken breasts, cut into strips (or 6 frozen tenders)
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella or 4 slices
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
1 tomato, sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise, ranch, or aioli
Olive oil spray
Bread chicken strips: flour → egg → breadcrumb mixture.
Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Assemble wraps with sauce, veggies, chicken, and cheese. Roll tightly.
Spray outside with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.
