Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with parmesan, this one-pot chicken pasta is an easy and flavorful dinner that’s ready in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter (plus more as needed)

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or bowtie)

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Add chicken, season, and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic to pan and sauté until fragrant.

  • Pour in broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.

  • Stir in pasta. Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

  • Add Parmesan and cooked chicken. Stir until creamy and heated through.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Add steamed spinach or broccoli at the end for extra vegetables.

  • Use half-and-half or milk for a lighter version.

  • Reheats well with a splash of cream or broth.
