A fresh, no-cook appetizer made with feta cubes, crisp cucumber, and sweet tomatoes on skewers—drizzled with olive oil and herbs for classic Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese (cut into ½-inch cubes)

  • 1 English cucumber (sliced into rounds or half-moons)

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 12 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill or oregano

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Toothpicks or 6-inch skewers

Instructions

  • Cube feta, slice cucumber, and rinse tomatoes.

  • Thread 1 tomato, 1 cucumber slice, and 1 feta cube onto each skewer.

  • Arrange on platter and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with herbs, pepper, and optional lemon zest.

  • Chill 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add olives or red onion for variety.

  • Use vegan feta for dairy-free.

  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 2 days.
