A fresh, no-cook appetizer made with feta cubes, crisp cucumber, and sweet tomatoes on skewers—drizzled with olive oil and herbs for classic Mediterranean flavor.
1 block feta cheese (cut into ½-inch cubes)
1 English cucumber (sliced into rounds or half-moons)
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh dill or oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Toothpicks or 6-inch skewers
Cube feta, slice cucumber, and rinse tomatoes.
Thread 1 tomato, 1 cucumber slice, and 1 feta cube onto each skewer.
Arrange on platter and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with herbs, pepper, and optional lemon zest.
Chill 5–10 minutes before serving.
Add olives or red onion for variety.
Use vegan feta for dairy-free.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 2 days.
