1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
Optional: chopped parsley, lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
