Ingredients

  • lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan

  • Optional: chopped parsley, lemon zest

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Add Parmesan and toss to coat.

  • Arrange in a single layer and roast for 8–10 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley or lemon zest and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use tail-on shrimp for presentation, tail-off for easier eating.

  • Add panko for more crunch.

  • Air fryer option: 375°F for 6–7 minutes.
