1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Coating:
2 tbsp coconut sugar or cane sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Spray oil or avocado oil
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and vanilla. Mix until soft dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls or logs.
Air fry for 8–10 mins, flipping halfway, until golden.
Mix sugar and cinnamon. Spray churros and coat while warm.
Serve with optional dips.
