1.5 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
½ cup cornstarch or flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
2–3 tbsp oil for frying
Hot Honey Sauce:
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Bowl Base & Toppings:
4 cups cooked rice, quinoa, or grains
2 cups greens (spinach, arugula)
