A hearty one-pan meal made with seasoned ground beef, crispy golden potatoes, and melted cheese. The perfect weeknight dinner or weekend brunch!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced potatoes (Yukon gold or red)

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp oil (olive or canola)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chili flakes, mozzarella, green onions, parsley
