This Crock Pot Angel Chicken is a creamy, comforting classic made with tender chicken, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning—all slow-cooked and served over delicate angel hair pasta.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked separately
Optional: parsley, Parmesan for garnish
In a bowl, mix soup, cream cheese, broth, butter, and dressing mix until smooth.
Place chicken in Crock Pot. Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3–4 hours.
Shred or slice chicken in sauce. Stir to coat.
Cook angel hair pasta according to package.
Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish if desired.
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
