This Crock Pot Angel Chicken is a creamy, comforting classic made with tender chicken, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning—all slow-cooked and served over delicate angel hair pasta.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked separately

  • Optional: parsley, Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix soup, cream cheese, broth, butter, and dressing mix until smooth.

  • Place chicken in Crock Pot. Pour sauce over chicken.

  • Cover and cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3–4 hours.

  • Shred or slice chicken in sauce. Stir to coat.

  • Cook angel hair pasta according to package.

  • Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish if desired.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
