A warm, melty tuna melt wrap made with creamy tuna salad and sharp cheddar, grilled in a golden tortilla for a quick, satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced

  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch)

  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil (for toasting)

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Lay tortilla flat and layer tuna salad and cheese in the center.

  • Fold in sides and roll into a wrap.

  • Heat skillet over medium heat. Brush wrap with butter or oil.

  • Toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add baby spinach or pickles for extra crunch.

  • Swap mayo for Greek yogurt to lighten it up.

  • Serve with chips, salad, or fruit.
